Business Insight will guide you through the steps of understanding your market, its segmentation and the characteristics of the prospects within the segments. This helps to define the image you want to portray, the methods to best present your message and your costs to gain access.

Sample Feedback: This grid focuses on the choice between reducing costs or building in more value to the customer. Each of the four quadrants has different implications in terms of suggested strategy. A specialty strategy is recommended for products facing Low Price Sensitivity and Large Differences Perceived by the buyers. You should initiate or continue efforts to differentiate your offering.
