The Plan Write Central feature is
very flexible and allows you to benefit in numerous ways. The requirements vary
depending on how you choose to utilize the features. The various benefits and
methods of utilizing Plan Write Central are described below.

1. PlanWriteCentral.com
Utilizing our PlanWriteCentral.com secure website you can:
- Edit your plan using any computer with Internet access
- Collaborate with others to construct your plan*
- Allows others, like investors, to read your plan on a password secured site
There is a $20 monthly fee for each plan you create and publish to
PlanWriteCentral.com. Currently, when you purchase your first month you will
receive the next two months free.

2. Your Private FTP Site
Utilizing your own FTP site you can:
- Edit your plan using any computer with Internet access
- Collaborate with others to construct your plan*
There is no additional fee for this capability.

3. Your Private LAN (local area network)
Utilizing your own LAN you can:
- Collaborate with others to construct your plan*
There is no additional fee for this capability.

*Each person editing the plan is required to purchase a copy of Plan Write.
Discounts are available for multiple purchases of the same Plan Write software.
