Business Resource Software, Inc. provides this site as a service to our customers. Every reasonable effort is made to keep the site online and available at all times. The site is stored on Servers running the Windows NT® operating system and Internet Information Server® (IIS 4.0) from Microsoft® with diesel backup generators and redundant battery support to provide uninterrupted supply of power.

Requirements for Inclusion
Business Resource Software, Inc. reserves the right to determine the requirements for inclusion in the directory and the sole right to determine whether any applicant meets those requirements.

Liability
Business Resource Software, Inc. provides this site without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the results and performance is assumed by you. Our entire liability and your exclusive remedy is the refund of the fees you paid for inclusion in the directory. We disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use this service even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Termination
When your registration expires, any data is subject to being deleted. Business Resource Software reserves the right to terminate your registration and refund any unused portion of the registration fees.

Implied Agreement
Your registration is a statement that you have read and agree to these Service Policies.
